AN EXPERIENCE

MonteScarlatto Estate Winery and Vineyards are located in The Red Mountian AVA in Washington State.  This area is known for one of the most extraordinary terroirs in the country, producing wines famous for their balance and rich berry flavors. Our entire production from vine to bottle takes place right here on our Red Mountain estate. Varietals include Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, Merlot, Malbec, Barbera, and Petite Verdot.

We invite you to visit our winery and vineyard in transcendent desert beauty, play a few holes of golf on our 9 hole, par 3 golf course, enjoy the 10th Hole Tasting Room, and join our wine club.  Experience the pleasures of Washington’s wine country. The atmosphere is fun and relaxing, you’ll be glad you made the trip.

OUR RED MOUNTAIN VINEYARD

The reputation of wines produced in the Red Mountain Appellation has brought world wide acclaim. The Red Mountain Appellation is contained within the Columbia Valley along the Walla Walla and Yakima Appellations. The Columbia Valley stretches from around Wapato, Washington to Milton-Freewater, Oregon, then crosses the Columbia River into Oregon. The Red Mountain Appellation is Washington’s smallest AVA to include approximately 4,040  acres, over 1,199 of which are under vine. Although Red Mountain may not seem like much of a mountain, it is truly a landmark among the rolling hills of our desert environment.

Our MonteScarlatto Vineyard at Red Mountain boasts a newly planted vineyard of 10 acres and features a variety of the most popular wine grapes including Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, Barbera, Merlot, Malbec and Petite Verdot.
