This Wine was lovingly crafted and dedicated to Dawn Warren, who was my partner in the vineyard and in life. Dawn was a fearless and exuberant woman who had an infectious joy for life.
After a hard-fought and determined fight with cancer, Dawn passed away March 17, 2012. 10% of proceeds from Dawn's Barbera line is donated to the cancer research.
This off-dry Barbera Blush reveals a beautiful, clear rose gold color with nuances of peach, melon and strawberry on the nose. The palate reveals bright acidity, balanced with soft fruit notes of strawberry, pineapple and raspberry. Enjoy with salads, grilled chicken or even lightly spiced cuisines.

tenth hole Red blend 2012
Aged for 20 months in French oak barrels, this blend exhibits a rich ruby red color, layers of dried fruit, cherries and spice. The palate has a gripping texture with refined tannins on the finish.

Barrel aged for 36 months in medium toasted oak, this wine shows finesse and elegance. The aroma reveals notes of black pepper, blueberries and bay leaves. The palate has earthy characteristics balanced with blackberry, raspberry, cherry and black licorice. The rich tannins lead into a savory, umami finish with herbs, fruit and anise.

Hand-picked grapes were lightly crushed and destemmed, then placed into open-top fermenters where they cold soaked for 24 hours. The bins were inoculated to start fermentation and saw twice-daily punch downs. Malolactic fermentation occurred in barrel, allowing the wine to soften and integrate its fruit character with the oak. Aged for 12 months in French oak barrels, this wine exhibits a rich ruby red color, notes of dried fruit, cherries and spice. The palate reveals a velvety texture with refined tannins on the finish.
2013 was another warm year on Red Mountain. Fruit ripened quickly and harvest was in full swing, beginning of September. This Malbec is rich in color and flavor, with notes of blackberry, spice and vanilla. Enjoy with cured beef, smoked lamb and goat cheese.
MALBEC Whole Cluster
Hand-harvested clusters of Malbec were gently placed into fermentation bins, without destemming or crushing. Inoculation occurred by placing the yeast on the top of the clusters, allowing them to work their way through the bins. This style creates a light colored wine with aromas of strawberry, blueberry and pepper, followed by soft tannins. This wine pairs well with turkey, chicken and salads. Serve chilled.
King Cutter cabernet Sauvignon
Cabernet Sauvignon is King on Red Mountain. Barrel-aged for 52 months, this wine has excellent aging potential, revealing the power of fruit development within the AVA. Hand-picked grapes were gently extracted with twice-daily punch downs. This wine delivers aromas of earth, spice, cedar and dark fruit. Structured tannins and acidity lead with leather, bing cherries, blackcurrants and spice on the palate. Age: 5-10 yrs.
Cabernet Sauvignon Reserve
Estate grapes were hand-harvested, lightly crushed and destemmed, then placed into open-top fermenters for a 24-hour cold soak. The bins were inoculated to start fermentation and saw twice-daily punch downs. Malolactic fermentation occurred in barrel, allowing the wine to soften and integrate fruit and oak. Aged for 12 months in French oak barrels, this wine exhibits a dark ruby color with notes of earth, blackcurrants and spice. Gripping tannins and fresh acidity create beautiful aging potential.

Dawn's Bikini Barbera
This Italian varietal is showing beautifully on Red Mountain and is also the last to be harvested on the Estate. Barrel aged for 18 months in French oak, this wine is complex with an intense aroma of dark, ripe fruits and spice. The palate reveals balanced acidity with blackberries and plum. The expressive soft tannins lead into a fresh, lingering finish.
